Police charged year-old Jorge Martinez with several counts, including sexual assault of a minor and obscene communication. Attorney information wasn't available. According to an arrest report, Martinez was at a party on Monday being thrown by the year-old victim, where he allegedly gave her two pills of Oxycodone as others at the party told investigators he was making sexual advances toward the victim. Later, friends of the victim told police they saw video on social media in which Martinez talked about having sex with the victim while she appeared to be passed out. Additional videos posted showed the victim passed out naked inside the home Martinez was staying at, police said.
