Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Specialists, PA | Better Business Bureau® Profile
Two of the biggest concerns among patients undergoing facial plastic surgery are the visibility of scars and safety. Performing a brow lift or forehead lift using the endoscopic method addresses both of these concerns by improving safety and minimizing scars. An endoscopic brow lift is one of the most commonly performed endoscopic plastic surgery procedures. Rather than the typical ear-to-ear incision, the surgeon uses around 3 small puncture-like incisions at the hairline. An endoscope is then guided through these small incisions to treat the muscles causing frown lines and reposition the eyebrows. An endoscope is a tool with two parts: a tubular probe with a camera and bright light is inserted through the incision, while a viewing screen magnifies the transmitted images.
