So far the only NPC that's not showing textures is Lydia, though I suspect Aela would have the same problem, as I have individual mods for them both to overwrite Bijin Warmaidens because I like their faces more, though these mods only affect the face, not the body they're from the Skyrim Beautiful Followers mod. I've moved around my load order in MO, both in the mod pane and the plugin pane, and I get no changes except one time when I moved Bijin Warmaidens below the Lydia and Aela mods, the textures worked but the faces went to default race face. Here's some screen shots of what I'm currently getting.

When starting NMM, use the username and password from the Nexus site. The links in the mod-list will take you to the description page of every mod. Click the "Files" tab and you will get to the download section. NMM will automatically catch the file s and start downloading right away after clicking "Mod Manager Download". NMM will then save the file, and the mod will show in the "mods" tab in the main window.
